摘要：The paper analyzes the reasons for the fluctuation of China’s farmers’ income level before and after the reform and opening up. It’s shown that the impacts of national policies on farmers' income are very obvious. A key policy implication is that in order to increase farmers’ income, the Government need to increase more financial supports for agriculture, rural areas and farmers.
