摘要：With the advent of knowledge economy, knowledge workers are playing an increasingly important role in the enterprise. This paper analyzes their demand and characteristics from the view of relevant theories such as behavioral science and motivation. Based on the above analysis, the author arrives at the conclusion that knowledge workers can be motivated by providing generous salary, carrying out employee stock ownership plan, providing a broad space for personal development, creating a favorable collective environment, establishing a fair mechanism both from the internal and external side, helping employees make career planning and so on.
