  • 摘要:We witness the war for the customer’s mind all around us, every day. The effort and the resources involved are remarkable: armies of people and expenses amounted to hundreds of million, even billion per year. Who has got a place in the mind of other people has won everything: partners, supporters, clients, employees, marketplace profitability. Thus, in this paper we study corporate reputation as a success factor for companies in the context of current crisis.
