摘要：O ensino médio carece de pesquisas para subsidiar as análises e reflexões sobre o exercício docente nesta etapa, que requer uma nova performance para atender os jovens e adolescentes que, por meio da democratização do ensino, adentram os espaços escolares.Tendo em vista esta perspectiva, delineou-se esta pesquisa que teve como objetivo central conhecer o trabalho docente no ensino médio e quais suas implicações na relação pedagógica.A coleta de dados ocorreu por meio de entrevista com cinco professores e sete estudantes do ensino médio em uma escola de ensino privado de Santa Catarina.Fundamentaram teoricamente os dados os seguintes autores: Tardif (2005), Fanfani (2000), Roldão (2006) e Facci (2009).Os resultados evidenciaram a relação de proximidade existente entre estudantes e professores, com ênfase para as características de respeito e afetividade.Os professores explicitaram satisfação no exercício do seu trabalho, sobretudo pela dinâmica institucional que é favorecedora de diálogo e incentivo para o desenvolvimento de diferentes atividades pedagógicas.Os dados coletados dos estudantes evidenciaram o valor atribuído ao diálogo professor-aluno, bem como a exigência de aulas dinâmicas que propiciem discussões e trabalhos em equipe.Mencionaram que esperam que os professores tenham o domínio dos conteúdos e uma boa didática a fim de alcançar uma transposição contextualizada dos conteúdos das disciplinas.Ficou evidente que a cultura institucional está presente no trabalho docente e nas interações inerentes ao processo de escolarização.O trabalho coletivo e integrado, desenvolvido na instituição de ensino pesquisada, foi um forte indicador do clima favorável que permeia a relação professor-aluno do ensino médio.Essa é uma situação que precisa ser levada em consideração e utilizada como subsídio para que outros espaços escolares sejam mais acolhedores e dinâmicos no processo de ensino e aprendizagem.
其他摘要：The work of teachers in secondary school lacks research that might provide analysis and reflection on teaching practice at this stage of education. Working with adolescents requires a new performance to deal with young people and teenagers who, through the democratization of education, come into the school spaces. With this perspective of the teacher's work, it was designed this research which main objective was to know the work of teachers in secondary education and their implications for the pedagogical relationship. Data was collected through interviews with seven teachers and five high school students at a private high school in Santa Catarina. Authors that theoretically based the data are: Tardif (2005), Fanfani (2000), Roldão (2006) and Facci (2009). The results showed the close relationship between students and teachers, with emphasis on the characteristics of respect and affection. Teachers did express satisfaction in the performance of their work, especially with the institutional dynamic that favors dialogue and incentives for the development of different educational activities. The students' data showed the value assigned to the teacher-student dialogue, and the requirement of dynamic classes to encourage discussion and teamwork. They mentioned that they expect teachers to have control of contents, and a good teaching responsible for the contextualized implement of the subjects’ contents. There was evidence of how the institutional culture is present in their work and in interactions inherent in the schooling process. The collective and integrated work, developed in the educational institution surveyed, was a strong indicator of the good atmosphere that pervades the teacher-student relationship in secondary education. This is a situation to consider and take to other schools to become more welcoming and dynamic in the process of teaching and learning.
