摘要：José Carlos Mariátegui is an important philosopher to be thorough in their theoretical and methodological contribution. Incorporating Marxism as a methodology, and develops a heterodox and decolonial reading, from the Latin American reality. His contribution extends the study of religions in that it proposes to overcome the bourgeois Enlightenment rationality of science and identify the religious way of thinking, both in capitalism and in socialism. For him, questioning the strength of the theories of modernity is the mystique and myths to be an important issue in-depth critique of modern rationality in explaining life.
