摘要：This article aims at examining one of the State’s greatest problems: sustainability. throughout this paper we will try to draw a critical point of view on the concept of commonwealth. This paper is relevant due to the demand for rights, which is a theme of the 21th Century. The explanation for the emergence of this new wave of rights is the State’s attempt to meet the demands of the several groups arising and to show that Law alone is sufficient to affect the commonwealth, while reality shows something different.
