摘要:The article present an optimization study developed on a CNC HSM center for the external turning of spheroidal graphite iron precision mechanics parts. For isolating as much as possible the thermal error effects on the machining accuracy study, there were developed studies for statistically controlling the machining process and for mastering the measuring process, also. For assessing the process there were measured the dimensional critical quality characteristics. As analytical tools, were designed experiments applying the Taguchi Method, and the results are analyzed with ANOM method.
