摘要：O texto do Acordo Ortográfico colocado em vigor desde 1º de janeiro de 2009 tem grande significado político para as nações de língua portuguesa.Sua elaboração, no entanto, envolveu algumas decisões que extrapolaram os limites da ortografia e resultaram em mudança na descrição de aspectos gramaticais no campo da fonética, da morfologia e da sintaxe.
其他摘要：The text of the orthographic agreement enforced since the first of January of 2009 has a strong political meaning to the Portuguese language speaking nations. Its elaboration, however, has embodied some decisions that surpassed the limits of orthography and resulted in description changes in the fields of phonetics, morphology, and syntax.
