摘要：Este artigo tem por objetivo contribuir para uma compreensão mais aprofundada das necessidades e potencialidades apresentadas por ambientes educacionais digitais. Para tanto, apresenta a análise da interação realizada entre uma professora e seus alunos, em um curso de leitura instrumental de Inglês, ministrado a distância, na Internet, para professores de Inglês da rede pública de ensino. O ambiente focalizado foi o fórum e as mensagens foram analisadas a partir do embasamento teórico-analítico proposto pelo ISD (Bronckart, 1997/1999). 其他摘要：This article aims at contributing to a deeper understanding of the needs and the potential resources available in digital educational environments. To do so, it presents an analysis of the interaction between a teacher and her students in an online ESP course, directed to public school teachers of English. The course’s forum was selected and its messages were analyzed based on the methodology as proposed by socio-discursive interactionism (Bronckart, 1997/1999).
