标题：A construção do cuidado no diálogo entre usuários e profissionais de saúde [The construction of care in the dialogue between users and health care professionals]
摘要：O processo de cuidado em saúde tem sido alvo de muitas reflexões, que apontam para a necessidade de se discutir como tem se construído, no cotidiano das práticas em saúde, a relação entre pessoas e serviços. Estas reflexões têm sido fundamentais para uma maior integração das dimensões técnico-científicas às dimensões humanas e existenciais presentes no processo de cuidado, reconhecendo, tanto a importância dos recursos advindos das tecnologias duras (dos instrumentos e procedimentos médico-clínicos), como das tecnologias leves (diálogo, escuta, interação). De modo complementar a estas reflexões, busco, nesse artigo, refletir sobre a construção do cuidado em saúde, considerando uma característica específica dessa construção que é o diálogo entre usuários e profissionais de saúde. Essa reflexão é desenvolvida tendo como base as contribuições do movimento construcionista social em Psicologia, e tendo o filme “Solitário Anônimo”, de Débora Diniz, como pano de fundo. ABSTRACT - The process of health care has been the object of many reflections that point to the need to discuss how the relationship between users and services has been built in daily medical practice. These reflections have been fundamental to an increasing integration of the two dimensions of the process of care: on the one hand, the technical and scientific dimension and, on the other, the human and existential one. This integration recognizes both the importance of resources arising from hard technologies (instruments and medical-clinical resources), and resources that come from light technologies (dialogue, listening, and interaction). As a complement to these reflections, in this article I seek to reflect on the construction of health care, considering a specific feature of this construction, namely, the dialogue between users and health professionals. This reflection is developed based on the contributions of the social constructionist movement in psychology, and it has the movie entitled "Alone and Anonymous", by Debora Diniz, as a backdrop.
