标题：El enfoque de la calidad de vida familiar en la atención en Salud: el caso de la Fisioterapia en Atención Temprana (The family quality of life approach in health care: the case of physiotherapy in early intervention)
摘要：El trabajo que aquí se presenta pretende identificar los conceptos clave para construir el marco teórico que sirva de guía al trabajo de campo de una investigación sobre calidad de vida familiar y fisioterapia en Atención Temprana. Este artículo tiene como objetivo aportar una fundamentación teórica que contribuya para el despertar del pensamiento crítico en cuanto a la temática en cuestión. Atención Temprana es el conjunto de intervenciones dirigidas a la población infantil de 0-6 años, a la familia y al entorno en que se desarrolla con el fin de prevenir los riesgos o tratar los posibles trastornos del desarrollo que puedan acometerles. Cuando se intenta profundizar sobre el aporte de la fisioterapia en Atención Temprana a la calidad de vida de las familias con niños con discapacidad, generalmente la familia es considerada como un recurso más para una atención centrada en el niño y no como parte de un objetivo global de la intervención. Se ha observado que este es un campo abierto a investigaciones cuantitativas y cualitativas puesto que la calidad de vida familiar es un constructo compuesto por múltiples variables. Existe una necesidad de estudios orientados a conocer los aspectos que podrían tenerse en cuenta para organizar los servicios de Fisioterapia en Atención Temprana orientados a un enfoque centrado en la familia, que posibiliten una adaptación del currículo formativo en la universidad a las tendencias teóricas actuales y que profundicen en su aplicabilidad contextualizada en los servicios. ABSTRACT – This work aims to identify key concepts to construct the theoretical framework to guide the fieldwork of a study on family quality of life and physiotherapy in Early Intervention (EI). Specifically, this article aims to provide a theoretical foundation that contributes to the awakening of critical thinking on the suggested topic. The focus on families in EI with children can be seen from its definition, in which EI is the set of interventions that may be undertaken aimed at children of 0-6 years old, their family and the environment in which they develop in order to prevent or treat possible developmental disorders. Currently, emphasis is being placed on actions of EI that consider the totality of the child´s universe and are planned by an inter or trans-disciplinary team. Physiotherapists are included in this team, which seems to be passing through a process of change from child-centered action and the disability to a family-centered approach, consistent with current theoretical trends and practices. When attempting to deepen the contribution of EI physiotherapy in family quality of life for families with children with disabilities, it was realized that the family is generally considered as a resource for child-centered care and not as part of the overall objective of the intervention. It was observed that this represents an open field for quantitative and qualitative research because quality of family life is a construct composed by multiple variables. There is a need for studies regarding the aspects that could be taken into account to organize services in EI physiotherapy with a family-centered approach, enabling an adaptation of the curriculum of universities to account for current theoretical trends and to deepen their contextualized applicability in services.Keywords: Qualidade de Vida; Família; Fisioterapia (Especialidade); Pediatria
