摘要：Este artigo apresenta uma proposta de Tecnologia Social na forma de protocolo de abordagem para a notificação e atendimento de crianças menores de 5 anos com diagnóstico de obesidade que inclui quatro etapas: notificação, investigação, encaminhamento e acompanhamento. Espera-se que a incorporação progressiva e organizada do cuidado deste distúrbio nutricional promova uma abordagem transversal das questões nutricionais nas etapas do curso da vida e resulte em impacto positivo nos indicadores de nutrição, saúde e segurança alimentar e nutricional em relação ao atual e desafiante perfil alimentar e nutricional da população. ABSTRACT - This article presents a proposal of Social Technology in the form of a Protocol approach for notification and healthcare of children aged under 5 years diagnosed with obesity. It includes four stages: notification, investigation, referral and follow-up. It is hoped that the gradual and organized incorporation of healthcare for this nutritional disorder will promote a cross-sectional approach to the nutritional issues in the stages of life, and will result in a positive impact on the indicators of nutrition, health, and food and nutritional safety, in relation to the current challenging dietary and nutritional profile of the population.
