标题：Abordagem da humanização na formação acadêmica dos cursos de graduação da área da saúde da UNOCHAPECÓ – Avaliação dos Planos Pedagógicos de Cursos [Approach of humanization in academic undergraduate courses in the area of health UNOCHAPECÓ]
摘要：O entendimento do outro como um ser integral, humano, com aspirações, sentimentos e desejos e o exercício profissional ancorado em posturas responsáveis, comprometidas e humanizadas são temas que permeiam as áreas do saber em saúde. Considerando que estes conceitos relacionam-se, é necessário entender como são fundamentados e abordados durante a formação acadêmica a fim de contribuir para que tornem-se atitudes e posturas. É necessário entender como as bases curriculares dos cursos da área da saúde são embasadas, e como visam o desenvolvimento de competências utilizando a instrumentalização de práticas curriculares relacionadas às atitudes de humanização, comprometimento e responsabilização. O objetivo da pesquisa foi identificar referências nos Planos Pedagógicos dos Cursos (PPC´s) de Graduação da Área da Saúde da UNOCHAPECÓ a competência atitudinal de humanização, metodologia para desenvolvê-la nos acadêmicos, presença desta no perfil de egresso desejado e formas de avaliação da mesma, correlacionando com a respectiva Diretriz Curricular Nacional (DCN). A metodologia utilizada foi a Análise Documental das DCN e PPC´s. Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória descritiva, com abordagem qualitativa. Com a pesquisa foi possível identificar que todos os PPC´s desejam formar um profissional humanista, porém, somente o curso de graduação em Medicina descreveu possibilidades metodológicas para atingir tal objetivo e como avaliá-lo no decorrer do processo. O estudo permitiu analisar como o termo humanização, está contido nos PPC´s dos cursos de graduação da área da saúde da UNOCHAPECÓ. Faz-se necessário aprofundar a pesquisa e buscar identificar a aplicação do PPC na rotina dos cursos. Considera-se válido propor reformas nos PPC´s dos cursos de graduação em Odontologia, Fisioterapia, Nutrição, Enfermagem, Farmácia e Educação Física da UNOCHAPECÓ, a fim de adequar o objetivo geral, construir metodologias para desenvolvimento de atitudes e para avaliação desta. ABSTRACT - The understanding of the Other as an integral and human being, with aspirations, feelings and desires, having the profession based on responsible, committed and humanized postures, is a theme that invades the scientific areas of health. Considering that these elements are intertwined, it is necessary to understand what theory gives them basis and how they are approached in the undergraduate courses so that they become attitudes and postures. It is necessary to comprehend the curricular bases of the courses in the area of health: how these bases contribute to the development of competences related to the attitudes of humanization. The objective of the research was to identify references in the pedagogical undergraduate course plans in the area of health at UNOCHAPECÓ, the attitudinal competence of humanization, the methodology to develop it among the undergraduates, the presence of such a competence in the graduate´s profile and its forms of evaluation, correlating this with the National Curricular Guideline. The methodology used was the documental analysis. This is a descriptive exploratory research with a qualitative approach. Due to the research, it was possible to verify that all PCP´s wish to produce a humanist professional; in spite of that, the only course to describe methodological possibilities to reach this objective and the evaluation in the process was the Medical undergraduate course. The study analyzed how the term “humanization” is described in the PCP´s of the undergraduate courses in the area of health. It is necessary to deepen the research and try to indentify the application of the PCP in the courses´ routine. The study considers valid to propose reformulations in the PCP´s of the following undergraduate courses: Dentistry, Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Nursing and Physical Education at UNOCHAPECÓ, in order to adjust the general objective and also to construe methodologies for the development of humanized attitudes and their evaluation.
