标题：Programa de Saúde da Família: percepção de médicos e enfermeiros sobre seu trabalho cotidiano (The Family Health Program: perceptions of physicians and nurses about their darly work)
摘要：Estudo realizado a partir de entrevistas de cunho qualitativo com profissionais médicos e enfermeiros que atuam no Programa de Saúde da Família na região noroeste do estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Objetivou-se compreender a percepção destes profissionais sobre seu trabalho cotidiano no PSF, em relação ao seu papel, sua atuação, e, principalmente, se esta estratégia está reorganizando a prática cotidiana de atenção à saúde. Encontra-se fundamentado na sociologia compreensiva. Após a transcrição das entrevistas na íntegra e sua análise formam delimitadas as categorias de estudo: A Necessidade de Mudança e o Repensar em Saúde; As Mudanças no Cotidiano das Equipes de Saúde da Família; Limites que se Impõe e Os Sentimentos dos Profissionais em Relação ao PSF. A análise realizada a partir dos discursos sobre a compreensão dos médicos e enfermeiros quanto ao PSF e sua atuação revelou, neste estudo, que as mudanças iniciadas com a implantação deste modelo de atenção à saúde estão gerando pequenas, mas importantes mudanças, na implementação do SUS. ABSTRACT - This study was carried out using qualitative interviews with physicians and nurses working in the Family Health Program in the northwest region of Rio Grande do Sul State. It aimed to comprehend the perception of these professionals regarding their daily work with the FHP, in relation to their role, their performance, and especially, whether this strategy is reorganizing the quotidian practice of health care. The study is based on comprehensive sociology. After transcribing the interviews verbatim and their analysis the categories of study were described: The Need for Change and to Rethink in Health; The Changes in the quotidian of the Family Health Teams; Limits which are Imposed; and The Feelings of the Professionals in Relation to the FHP. The analysis conducted from the discourses about the comprehension of the physicians and nurses regarding the FHP and its performance revealed, in this study, that the changes initiated with the implementation of this healthcare model are creating small but important changes in the implementation of the SUS.Keywords: Unified Health System; Qualitative Research; Family Health Program; Process Assessment (Health Care)
