标题：Organizações da Sociedade Civil de Interesse Público e a Assistência à Proteção Social: uma análise documental (Civil Society Organizations of Public Interest and social protection assistance: a documental analysis)
摘要：As Organizações da Sociedade Civil de interesse Público (OSCIPs), com suas ações e finalidades, permeiam em várias conjunturas sociais do Estado de Bem-estar contemporâneo brasileiro, como: economia, trabalho, educação e saúde. Porém carece-se de pesquisas relacionadas sobre as atividades e meios das mesmas. Sobre as OSCIPs de assistência à proteção social buscamos o objetivo de identificar a distribuição das entidades do âmbito nacional, a partir do Cadastro Nacional de Entidades do Ministério da Justiça (CNE/MJ) e assim caracterizá-las, evidenciando seu público-alvo, atividade e fins destarte, com o método de análise documental coletamos e discutimos dados do CNE/MJ qualificadas no Ministério da Justiça. Nos resultados, identificamos instituições coerentes sob sua respectiva finalidade, as quais nos orientaram um padrão assistencial dessa categoria, mas ao longo do processo, abriram-se novos questionamentos, devido às informações captadas, a ferramenta de pesquisa e as OSCIPs em si. ABSTRACT: The Civil Society Organizations of Public Interest (CSOPI), with their actions and objectives, permeate various junctures in contemporary Brazilian State Social Welfare, such as the economy, employment, education and health. However, there is little research on their activities and ways of working. Regarding CSOPI social protection assistance, we sought to identify the distribution of entities at the national level, from the National Register of Entities of the Ministry of Justice (CNE/MJ) and thus characterize them, showing their audience, activity and purpose. Using the documental analysis method, we collected and discussed data from the National Registry of Entities of the Ministry of Justice. As results, coherent institutions were identified under their intended purpose, which lead to a standard of care in that category. Throughout the process new questions opened up, due to received information, the search tool and the CSOPI itself.Keywords: Public Policies; Social Assistance; Non-Governmental Organizations
