  • 摘要:The plot of events, processes, meanings, complex conjugates in school management demand - without losing sight of the wholeness and integrity of all its elements, approaches and detailed studies, unprejudiced and honest with this reality. In this regard, the paper presents a set of considerations and elaborations about school management and the exercise of leadership roles in educational institutions. The purpose is for us to reflect on some ideas that, from the perspective of the authors, could be considered relevant thematic categories or any attempt at understanding and transforming reality of school facilities from participation in the sector we meet immersed. The aforementioned body of ideas, not meant to exhaust issues, explores complex imbrications... Just testing it is based, first, on a partial review of studies and trials, from different perspectives or paradigms, develop these issues, on the other, is rooted in empirical experience, own and nearby school management in school organizations, as well as reflection on concrete practicesi. In view of the above and for the purposes of work, our attention was focused on characterizing aspects of the autonomous school leadership roles in the Venezuelan context, specifically in high schools of the city of San Cristóbal, Táchira, which sets some of their links and emphasizes the importance and necessity of initial and ongoing training of teachers with leadership roles on issues related to the management and autonomy.
