摘要：El propósito de este estudio fue caracterizar los conocimientos, actitudes, susceptibilidad y autoeficacia frente al VIH/SIDA que reportan los docentes, teniendo en cuenta que son agentes de cambio y facilitadores del aprendizaje en la socialización del adolescente. Algunas investigaciones reportan algunos vacíos y debilidades en la formación y desarrollo profesional de docentes, en este campo específico. Esta investigación confirma los resultados obtenidos en otras investigaciones.
其他摘要：The purpose of this study was to characterize the knowledge, attitudes, susceptibility and self-efficacy about HIV/AIDS reported by a group of educators in Cali, Colombia. Educators and teachers are agents of change, and facilitators of teenagers’ socialization processes. Some research reports some gaps and weaknesses in the training and professional development of educators in these specific fields. This research confirms those researches’ findings.
