  • 摘要:This research is part of the mode of feasible project whose proposal is based on an investigation of descriptive field, to propose a plan of action for social motivations, based on organizational development strategies (D.0.) That tends to optimize labor academic of teachers at secondaryschool, diversified and professional cycle. The population was composed of 786 teachers distributed among the diversified cycle (532 teachers) and technical professional cycle (254 teachers). The sample consisted of 57 teachers of diversificated and 57 of technical cycle. Data collection was done through four instruments: Achievement Motivation Inventory (MLP), Affiliation Motivation Inventory (MAFI) and Power Motivation Inventory (MPS) and a questionnaire for selected teachers with the intention to inquire about their professional performance. The results were processed using measures of central tendency and variability analysis of absolute and relative frequencies. The results showed that there is a basis for implementing the action plan social motivationsbased on organizational development strategies (OD), since it was found that teachers who were administered the inventory parameters are within the media of achievement motivation, followed by affiliation motivation and ultimately the motivation to power. It was also found that a few teachers participate in workshops that contribute to the improvement of their work and interpersonal interaction, but they lead to social power motivation.
