摘要：With the increasing competition in the market and the increasing complexity of the products, more and more enterprises are trying to use the project management to complete the relatively complex tasks. How to manage the hierarchical project effectively, which is related to the effective implementation of the strategic objectives of the enterprise. Taking a high-tech company as an example, this paper analyzes the common problems of project management, and puts forward the concrete improvement ideas.
