摘要：La presente investigación tiene como objetivo, realizar un estudio de una de las instituciones del Derecho Mercantil, como son los títulos valores, de gran importancia, tanto en el foro jurídico, como en las aulas universitarias; y, ofrecer a los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho un ensayo sobre Los títulos valores, concebido básicamente con interés divulgativo y explicativo sobre uno de los temas y aspectos de mayor relevancia y trascendencia en el estudio del Derecho Mercantil.
