标题：Pengaruh Pelimpahan Wewenang dan Orientasi Kultur Organisasi terhadap Efektivitas Hubungan Antara Anggaran Partisipasi dengan Kinerja Manajerial pada Industri Jasa Perhotelan Berbintang di Jawa Timur
摘要：The research aims are as follows: (1) to recognize the influence of participating in budget arrangement on managerial performance; (2) to recognize the influence of interaction between participating in budget arrangement and the rank of delegation of authority to the managerial performance; and (3) to recognize the influence of the rank on participating in budget arrangement and organisational culture orientation to the managerial performance. Using cluster method and based on heterogeneous population, the research was conducted at the star's hotels in East Java, which the sample consisted of 32 hotels spreading at 9 cities in East Java. Regression analysis is used for interpreting data, which is collected by interview. The research results has indicated some findings: (1) there is significantly dependence between participating in budget arrangement and managerial performance; (2) there is the influence of interaction between participating in budget arrangement and the rank of delegation of authority on the managerial performance; (3) there is no significantly the influence of the rank of participating in budget arrangement and organisational culture orientation on the managerial performance.
