摘要:Economic crisis in the United States has made disturbance of liquidity in financial, sector and this broadly impacts other countries included Indonesia. This crisis forces the company and business to analyze and plan their business strategy intensively to keep their existence in the industry. Based on the Fred R. David model, the process of analyzing and selecting the strategy are divided into three stages. Stages 1 is input, stage 2 is matching stage, and stage 3 is decision stage that uses Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix-QSPM. Some experts also suggest several strategies that can be used effectively in crisis. These strategies are 6C factors included client, corporation, contestant, changes, companions or partnership, and coercive group. Further more, the strategy of cost leadership, differentiation and focus by Porter. Business can also use product leadership, operational excellence and customer intimacy strategies.
