摘要：The aims of this article is to search about the condition informal sector of cities in Jayapura, Papua, the main useful in economics sides, flexibilities grade and productivties.By using the methodology of result research have been done , so that written can be concludes(1) the condition of informal sector in Jayapura very flexible to recruit the employeers that have differnce background of their live (gender, ages, tribes, education grade eventhough the capital).whether by seeing the productivity sides almost of them can be get more advantages better than the cost of production. (2) the factors can be influences the grade of flexibility informal sector in Jayapura are the human resources and demand of product are positively, and the influences of flexibilities is negative.
