摘要:This research was conducted with the aim to test the influence of achievement motivation (neef for achievement), a normal subjective (subjective norm), and self efficacy (self-efficacy) against the intention entrepreneurship (entrepreneurial intention) students, but also to analyze gender differences, and the family backgrounds of the level of entrepreneurial intention of students. Research is an explanatory type of research seeks to clarify the effect of the factors that determine entrepreneurial intentions (intention entreprenurial), using a sample of 125 students at the University Kanjuruhan Malang, using a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis technique used is Factor Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis, and One Way Anova. The results showed that entrepreneurial intentions are influenced by subjective norms and self efficacy, where its influence is positive, the higher the support the students, the higher the self-confidence and mental maturity, the higher the entrepreneurial intention. Need for achievement was no significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Other findings from this study that male students have a level higher entrepreneurial intentions than women students, students with family backgrounds or relative has a business appeared to have a greater entrepreneurial intentions compared to students from families or relatives who do not have a business / business.
