  • 摘要:This short course aims to propose, reflect, develop e discuss alternatives for the teaching practice in relation to the preparation and resolution of counting problems in order to encourage the appropriation of concepts related to the development of logical thinking with Basic Education students. It is understood that activities that allow the student, in a structured way, to develop their thinking are to be stimulated, based on the construction of graphical representations and the application of the Additive and Multiplicative Principles without using formulas, for solving counting problems. Initially simple situations with small quantity of objects that let you explore different graphical representations are presented, and then the amount of objects are increased, so that the student feels the need to mobilize other procedures and strategies that also help them to get to the solution. The use of these concepts, which we do not mention of their labels, is encouraged so as to extend them to different contexts.
