摘要：Este artículo presenta el objetivo principal de una serie de medidas que puede ser practicada por la administración pública para desarrollar turísticamente una zona geográfica determinada. Con la metodología propuesta basada en la Teoría de los Efectos Olvidados se pretende descubrir qué tipo de ayuda será más eficaz y proporcionar un mayor impacto en el crecimiento y desarrollo de la zona en cuestión. Se trata de un estudio de los esfuerzos en la inversión pública y privada que puede maximizar el impacto en el mediano y largo plazo.Incidence of the investments of the Public Administrationon the tourist development of a cityAbstractThis article presents main objective of a series of measures that can be afforded by the public administration to develop touristically a given geographical area.
