摘要：The purposes of this research were to study and compare the needs for exercise of civilservant in ministry of tourism and sports in 2012. The subject of 240(120 males and 120 females) werestratified random sampling. The writer’s questionnaire, with its reliability of 0.92, was used to collect thedata. The data were statistically treated for frequency, percentage ,mean, standard deviation and thehypothesis was tested for mean differences by the t-test.
