摘要：This research was descriptive research. The aims were study the level of performance ofsurveillance and rapid response team (SRRT) Performance village health volunteers (VHSs) inNoensaga District Chaiyaphum Province. The study subjects obtained by consisted of 308 villagehealth volunteers in Noensaga District Chaiyaphum Province. Multi-stage random sampling. Thedeveloped questionnaire was used as a tool to collect employed quantitative data. The content validitywas improved and adjusted by the suggestion of the experts. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was appliedfor teething the reliability of the assessment tools. The reliability of SRRT performance of VHSsquestionnaire was 0.97 respectively. Data analysis was done by computer program. Frequencies,percentage, means and standard deviation were applied for data analysis.
