摘要：This research aimed to study the management of disabled sports organizations in Thailand and present a management model. The samples of this study were those who have been involved with disabled sports organizations, those involved in the management of sports organizations; and scholars who have knowledge of academic administration in higher education institutions. This study obtained its research using these steps. Step 1: Interview: To obtain basic data. The first group of the sample (five people) was selected using Snowball Sampling. Step 2: By using the Delphi technique, 17 professionals were selected (Purposive Sampling). Step 3: To verify the model, a focus group (10 people) was selected using Snowball sampling. Step 1. The interview found that the management of disabled sports organizations in Thailand can be defined by using the theoretical framework (Operational Management Theory) of Henri Fayol, a theory which includes functions to manage five areas: Planning (Planning), organization (Organizing), coordination (Coordinating), command (Commanding) and control (Controlling). Step 2. The views of the experts in the 2nd and 3rd rounds suggested that the medians and quartile ranges of all management functions were above 3.50 and below 1.50 respectively. Step 3. This confirmed the data that forms the disabled sports organization management structure. The focus group confirmed that the proposed model can be implemented. The structure of administration of the model consists of five functional structures bearing their respective principles: Planning (20 principles); Organizing (25 principles); Commanding (36 principles); Coordination (32 principles); and Controlling (11 principles).
