摘要：This research study was descriptive research. The objectives were study perceived healthlevel, self-care behaviors in type II diabetes mellitus patients level. The subjects group consisted of301 cases of study obtained from type II diabetes mellitus patients in Nongbuarawae DistrictChaiyaphum Province by Multi-stage random sampling. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collectemployed quantitative data. The content validity was improved and adjusted by the suggestion of theexperts. Using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient tested the reliability of the assessment tools; perceivedhealths were 0.80 level and self-care behaviors 0.79 level. Data analysis was done by computerprogram. Statistics were to acquire frequencies, percentage, means, standard deviation, minimum andmaximum.
