摘要：The purposes of this was descriptive research was study self-care behaviors in type IIdiabetes mellitus patients level. The subjects group consisted of 84 type II diabetes mellitus patientsregisted at Bannongkae Sub-district health promoting hospital, Kangkro District, ChaiyaphumProvince. The individual was developed interview was used as a tool to collect data. The contentvalidity was improved and adjusted by the suggestion of the experts. Cronbach’s alpha coefficienttested the reliability of the assessment tools; were 0.95 level. Data analysis was done by computerprogram. Frequencies, percentage, means, and standard deviation were applied for data analysis.
