摘要：บทคัดย่อ ภาวะผู้นำกลยุทธ์เป็นรูปแบบของผู้นำยุคใหม่ นับว่าสอดคล้องกับการจัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นในยุคโลกาภิวัตน์ เป็นบุคคลที่มีมุมมองระยะยาวและสร้างความยืดหยุ่นให้องค์การบรรลุเป้าหมาย ใช้ความคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ในการวางแผนกลยุทธ์เพื่อไปสู่จุดมุ่งหมายปลายทางที่ตั้งใจไว้ ผู้บริหารองค์การที่มีภาวะผู้นำ กลยุทธ์มีคุณลักษณะสำคัญ ได้แก่ การสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถใช้ภาษาพูดและภาษาเขียนในการสื่อสารได้เป็นอย่างดี รวมทั้งมีการเจรจาต่อรองให้ประสบผลสำเร็จ ที่สำคัญมีการแก้ปัญหาและตัดสินใจอย่างชาญฉลาด คำสำคัญ: ภาวะผู้นำกลยุทธ์ ผู้นำยุคใหม่ Abstract Strategic Leadership is a form of new generation leaders which is in line with the changes occurred in the age of globalization. Strategic leader is a person having long term perspective and creates flexible organization to achieve its goals. Use strategic thinking in strategic planning to achieve intended goals. The key features of corporate executives who have strategic leadership are effective communication-can use spoken and written language in communication well. In addition, they must have successful negotiation , solve problems and make intelligent decisions.
