摘要：Una parte fundamental de la responsabilidad ética de los científicos y tecnológos es la protección intelectual de los resultaods innnovadores de sus investigaciones. Frente a las consecuencias negativas derivadas de no patentar en México, es necesario que estudiantes e investigadores reflexionen sobre el deber moral de asegurar el buen uso de sus propias invenciones.
