摘要：As part of a collaboration between the Regional Academy of Education and Training Casablanca (AREF), the Observatory of Research in Didactics and Pedagogy of University (ORDIPU) and the French Institute, an experimental training device has been carried out for training of trainers of educators of preschool, according to a new concept of “modern preschool education, authentically Moroccan.“The action taken is part of a set of answers to the “Emergency Plan 2009-2012” (Project No. 1, “Development of Preschool”) on the evolution of the Moroccan educational system.The design of the device, its organization, evaluation and operation are explained in this article.
