  • 摘要:Education is seen as an ongoing process that begins at an early age and that man exercises over life when it does become almost a habit for him. The aim of this study is to show the importance of continuous training university teaching staff as perceived by them, concerning the field of teaching skills. The study analyzes the perception regarding the importance of the teaching activity and the level of competences for the teaching activities of teachers from various universities in Romania and Spain.
