摘要：The concept of modern information and communication technologies has become very frequent. It has been used commonly and very often. The question, what exactly belongs under this concept, has been dealt by many specialists. That is why there exists several very different definitions of the concept. Lifelong education may be understood as kinds of education which deepen or extended the knowledge, the skills and qualification of their participants and which are provided either in or out the scope of accredited study programs.
