摘要：La objeción de conciencia se relaciona en su origen estadounidense con la libertad religiosa. En el sistema continental aparece una fórmula para superar la aporía del denominado sistema cultural. De hecho, en su evolución, la objeción de conciencia parece cumplir funciones similares a las de la propia bioética, entendida como un sistema de amoldar las conciencias individuales a los requisitos de la nueva medicina y del juicio profesional de los médicos sobre la situación del paciente y el tratamiento correcto. Sin embargo, en naciones con escaso respeto a la libertad individual como es España, la objeción de conciencia es mirada con recelo, buscándose formas más arcaicas de amoldar la conciencia individual a las exigencias públicas. Reproduciéndose así conflictos análogos a los que se vivieron en los siglos XIX o XX.
其他摘要：The conscience objection in its American foundation is related to the freedom of religion. In the continental system there is a principle to surpass the contradictions of the denominated cultural system. In fact, in its progression, the conscience objection seems to act as the bioethics, understood like a system to mould the individual consciences to the requirements of the new medicine and the professional judgment of the doctors on the situation of the patient and the correct treatment. Nevertheless, in nations with little respect to the individual freedom as it is Spain, the conscience objection is watched with distrust, looking for more ancient forms to mould the individual conscience to the public demands. Consequently, analogous conflicts lived in XIX or XX centuries reappear. En alemán: Die Glaubensfreiheit ist in ihren amerikanischen Ursprung mit der religiösen Freiheit verbunden. In ihrer Entwicklung, zeigt die ähnliche Aufgaben wie die Bioethik, verstanden als ein System für die Anpassung des individuellen Gewissens mit den Anforderungen der neuen Medizin und der Ansicht der Ärtzte über die Zustände des Kranken und die richtige Behandlung. Aber in Ländern mit wenig Achtung der individuellen Freiheit wie Spanien, misstraut man die Glaubensfreiheit und ältere Formen werden gesucht um das individuelle So wiederholen sich ähnliche Konflikte wie in den XIX oder XX Jahrhundert.
