摘要：Abstract This paper addresses the problem of the selection of harvest areas and wood allocation to mills at the tactical planning (5 years planning horizon) at the forest management unit and regional levels. Simple approaches to weight different targets (multi-objective optimization) and include spatial aspects (reduced spatial dispersion) have been developed. Case studies have been conducted to validate the new formulations and decision support tool. Some future research pathways are discussed to address new needs and challenges raised after one year of utilization of the decision support tool in the province of Québec context.
