摘要:Abstract In order to improve the reactivity of their supply chains, companies developed methods of flexibility and agility (network integration, collaborative planning and forecasting). However, these methods provoked an increase of the complexity and the vulnerability of the supply chain. Our paper wonders about knowledge management as a way of reducing the supply chain vulnerability. A qualitative case study in the energy industry enables us to identify that a lack of knowledge management hinders any attempt of decreasing the supply chain vulnerability.
