摘要:Abstract New CNC-based hybrid systems, capable of additive manufacturing (AM) and machining, are being developed for metallic components. No AM targeted process planning software is readily available. AM system development requires considerations significantly different from subtractive processes, but should be compatible to provide an effective hybrid manufacturing solution. This paper discusses the architecture, process, and data flows required to establish a robust and extendible framework for a wide selection of AM processes, with results being presented for laser cladding.
