摘要：En este ensayo se analizan los antecedentes y las perspectivas del narcotráfico en Colombia, sus repercusiones sobre la economía y la estabilidad sociopolítica, especulando escenarios con y sin Plan Colombia, para lo cual se hizo una lectura de la literatura relevante y la actualización de algunas de las estimaciones realizadas por el autor. Se concluye que para Colombia cualquier estrategia antinarcóticos debe tener un diseño y una implementación integral, considerando la endogeneidad de la relación entre el conflicto armado y el narcotráfico.
其他摘要：This essay explores the background to and the perspectives for drug trafficking in Colombia and its repercussions on the economy and socio-political stability. It also speculates on the scenarios with and without Plan Colombia, for which the author interpreted the relevant literature and updated some of his previous estimates. It concludes that any anti-drug strategy for Colombia must be integrally designed and implemented, given the endogenous nature of the relationship between the armed conflict and drug trafficking.
