摘要:Abstract The new European Higher Education Area (EHEA) requires contemplating new models for training and evaluation of students, and of university professors themselves by evaluating their teaching practice. University teaching has found a fundamental need to incorporate student-centered teaching methodologies in educational practice, promoting the acquisition of learning strategies that help to improve this learning process. This need involves a change in the way of focusing and conceiving teaching, particularly of the processes of teaching and learning, opening a space for analysis of academic and professional culture, primarily in the case of Spain. In this context, we will start from the foundation of the general framework for implementation of the EHEA and the need to incorporate the new methodologies, while providing examples of some innovations introduced in university teaching.
