摘要：Se recogen diversas definiciones de consuetas y las fuentes que las regulan, distinguiendo las fuentes canónicas -Concilio de Trento, concilios provinciales y sínodos diocesanos- y fuentes reales, en particular la Recopilación de Leyes de Indias, todas las cuales aparecen inspirando los textos de las consuetas del Obispado del Tucumán. De ellas se han estudiado las de los Obispos Julián de Cortázar (1620), Juan de Sarricolea y Olea (1729), José Antonio Gutiérrez de Zeballos (1732), Pedro Miguel de Argandoña (1749) y Manuel Abad Illana (1765). El contenido de las mismas se sistematiza analizando los cargos y sus funciones en la catedral del Tucumán, la retribución a dignidades y prebendados, la disciplina eclesiástica dentro del ámbito catedralicio -asistencia, ausencias, descanso, comportamiento social, reuniones de cabildo- y, finalmente, las celebraciones. Se termina con una consideración final.
其他摘要：Several definitions of consuetas and the sources that regulate them, distinguishing between canonical sources -Council of Trento, provincial councils, and diocesan synods - and real sources, particularly the Compilation of Laws of the Indies, all of which appear to be inspiring the texts of the consuetas of the Tucuman's bishopric, are pinpointed. Among them, those of Bishops Julián de Cortázar (1620), Juan de Sarricolea y Olea (1729), José Antonio Gutiérrez de Zeballos (1732), Pedro Miguel de Argandoña (1749) and Manuel Abad Illana (1765) have been studied. Their content is systematized by analyzing the positions and functions at the Tucuman's cathedral, the financial rewards to dignitaries and prebendaries, the ecclesiastical discipline in the cathedral sphere -attendance, absences, rest, social behavior, chapter meetings- and, finally, the celebrations. The article concludes with final considerations.
