摘要：Abstract: We study the relation between persistence of excitation and the feedback theorem for passive systems. In doing so, we find that persistence of excitation is a necessary condition for input strict passivity. Proceeding, we derive a feedback theorem for persistently excited systems and recover a version of the classical feedback theorem for passive systems as a corollary.
