摘要：The financial crisis that emerged in the year 2008 brought several challenges before the world economy. Many financial institutions across the world faced bankruptcy, mostly due to housing problems and the house-building industry happened to be the worst affected. This paper tries to take a look at this aspect with Barratt Developement as a case in point.
