摘要:The Internet allows the manipulation of information and new forms of knowledge construction in a much faster way and with much broader objectives than any other previous technology. In the virtual space provided by the Internet, Dynamic Communities for Learning are being created. They allow all members of groups to share the control of ideas and all members to learn from the experiences and knowledge of the other members that includes the teacher herself. This is leading to a notable change in the educational paradigm. The present paper studies the requirements for their effective operaton and provides recommendations on how to organize them.
