摘要：Regular activities in research and development in Computers in Education have being carried on by Brazilian academic teams since the middle of the seventeen’s. The Brazilian Journal of Computing in Education is opening a new journal section, aiming to report the teams' profile. This is the first one of a set of papers, where the profiles start to be outlined, so that Computers in Education community can share and disseminate works and projects developed in the area.
