摘要:This thesis has the objective of viewing some hypothesis aiming at the comprehension of the knowledge and subjectivity that are present in the pedagogical actions performed by the teachers of the Faculty of lnformatics of Universidade Católica de Pelotas. These teachers develop their activities in the Laboratory and they establish a peculiar working style especially related to the way they mingle theory and practice. The theoretical reference of this work is based on the assumption that every pedagogical action is oriented by a conception of knowledge, built during the teachers’ lives by means of the several influences they have received. lt is tried then to have some questions answered, which are related to the constitutive aspects of this teaching philosophy, from the teachers’ childhood to the period when they start interacting with the university environment and developing activities which can be characterized and reflected under the theory focus. The scientific methodology which is used can characterize this investigation as a qualitative approach of the schooling etnographic type, in which the researcher is the main instrument in collecting and analyzing data. Another important aspect of this kind of research is the formulation of hypothesis, concepts or abstractions and not their testing. To get this done, a working plan is used, scientifically strict, available however to the possibility of constant reevaluations and reformulation of the theoretical basis. Among the main conclusions, this work presents some hypothesis which are able to explain who the Informatics’ teachers are and where they come from, some aspects which constitute these teachers' conception of knowledge, their mechanisms in decisionmaking, their satisfaction and difficulties. Concerning the pedagogical practice, it is tried, in this work, to identify which innovations and links with the traditional teaching these teachers use to make their teaching effective.
