摘要：The present paper presents the Learn@Web, which has the objective of being an integrated environment for cooperative learning in the Internet; a place for intimacy and exchange of experiences, where knowledge can be shared amongst the peers. The major compromise of Learn@Web is the creation of an online, active, reflexive and ready-tocooperate community in an innovative way in order to become an useful, qualitative and adequated educational environment to our reality and in continuous improvement.
