摘要:This article describes methods of assessment of the extent of the financial security of the enterprises of housing and utilities infrastructure. Resources, which can cover different groups of risks which appear in the process of activity of enterprises of housing and utilities infrastructure were structured in a particular way. Assessing valuation model was developed and intervals for determination of the type of financial security with graphical interpretation of the obtained data were defined on the basis of financial reporting. The degree of financial stability of companies for particular period of time can be assessed with the help of this method.
